I’ve tried to provide examples of doing common Calculus tasks using the computer algebra systems Maxima, Axiom and Mathematica. Although it is not a full-fledged algebra system, I have also tried to demonstrate with Octave where possible.
I hope to have this document grow as we learn to do new useful things with the systems. Please suggest new content or correct mistakes as you find them.
